1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

2.1 Single Account Requirement

Each individual user is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with 888ph. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of multiple accounts linked to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all associated wagers, confiscate any bonuses or winnings derived from such accounts, and ban you permanently from the Service.

2.4 Account Verification and KYC Compliance

In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and Philippine law, 888ph requires all users to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer or KYC process) before processing withdrawal requests. Verification requires submission of valid government-issued identification documents such as Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card, as well as proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months such as utility bills or bank statements.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms and Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 500.00). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit whenever feasible. Standard withdrawal processing time is two (2) to six (6) hours for GCash and Maya, and one (1) to two (2) business days for bank transfers, measured from the time 888ph approves the withdrawal request. 3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

888ph provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8.1 Technical Issues and Service Interruptions

888ph is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from temporary unavailability of the Service due to technical issues, maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of significant service disruption during active gameplay, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and will address affected wagers fairly in accordance with our malfunction policy. However, we do not guarantee specific uptime percentages or compensate for lost playing time.

8.2 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 888ph's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your 888ph account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or One Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 1,000.00), whichever is less.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

888ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Service at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to circumstances where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

9.1 Grounds for Suspension or Termination

Account suspension or termination may occur for reasons including but not limited to: providing false information during registration; creating duplicate accounts; engaging in collusion, cheating, or fraud; abusing bonuses or promotions; money laundering or suspicious financial activity; underage gambling; breaching any provision of these Terms; behaving abusively toward customer support staff; or any conduct deemed detrimental to 888ph or its users.

9.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon account termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Any outstanding bonuses or promotional offers will be forfeited. If termination results from breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity, 888ph reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance and void all pending wagers. In cases of termination without cause, your withdrawable balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you subject to completion of any pending verification or investigation.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. By using 888ph, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

10.3 Entire Agreement
